Dev kit targets 3-Gbit/s Altera Arria FPGAs

The Arria II GX FPGA development kit features hardware and software resources that enable engineers to rapidly evaluate and adapt the midrange 40-nm devices. The kits development board includes an Arria II GX (EP2AGX125EF35) FPGA with 12 3.75-Gbit/s transceivers and a one-year license for Quartus II design software.

The kit also includes access to the MegaCore IP library including the Nios II processor design suite, an entire PCIe Gen1 end-point design package, and an embedded PCIe Gen1 hard IP core. ($1,495 — available now.)
