500-MS/s PCI digitizer cards record up to 5 s

The UF3-3240 12-bit digitizer PCI card is a single-channel card that samples at up to 500 Msamples/s, while the UF3-3242 has two analog inputs and can sample at 500 Msamples/s on one channel or 250 Msamples/s on two simultaneously. Both cards come with a 128-Msample memory that can be expanded to 2 Gsamples, for one-channel measurement times to 5 s at 500 Msample/s.

Measured dynamic specifications at 500 Msamples/s are SNR up to 63.1 dB and an ENOB value of 10.2 LSB. The boards features five multipurpose connectors routed to the clock input, trigger input, trigger output, and two freely programmable I/O connections.
