The 45-V LT3519 LED driver can drive up to ten 100-mA white LEDs from a 12-V input, making it ideal for automotive and industrial lighting applications. Features include a 3 to 40-V input range, an internal Schottky diode, a 45-V 750-mA internal switch, and up to 3,000:1 true-color PWM dimming.
The driver can deliver efficiencies up to 90% in boost mode from a compact MSOP-16E package. Three switching frequency options are available: the LT3519, which switches at 400 kHz; the LT3519-1, which switches at 1 MHz; and the LT3519-2, offering a 2.2 MHz switching frequency.
