The VLA536-01R gate driver interface board targets IGBT modules, especially the NX-series IGBT. The populated gate-drive interface board has control signals that are isolated using high-speed optocouplers with 15–kV/µs common-mode noise immunity.
The gate driver board also provides an isolated fault-feedback signal if a short circuit condition is detected. It offers 2,500–Vrms isolation for control power and signals, and operates from a single 15–Vdc supply. ($118.80 — available now.)
