VCO in UHF band offers low noise

Measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.16 in., the CLV0625B-LF VCO operates at 540 to 710 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 11.5 Vdc. This device features a typical phase noise of –114 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 20 MHz/V — suiting it well for base station and digital radio applications.
