Rectifiers feature ESD protection to 25 kV

The MSE1Px low-profile surface-mount rectifiers feature 25–kV ESD protection and are offered in a MicroSMP package with a 2.5 x 1.3–mm footprint and a 0.65–mm profile. The devices have a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.

Aimed at automotive and industrial control and sensor units, as well as lighting systems, the rectifiers offer a choice of 100–V (MSE1PB), 200–V (MSE1PD), 400–V (MSE1PG), and 600–V (MSE1PJ) reverse-voltage ratings. All devices feature a high average forward current capability of 1 A and a high forward surge capability of 20 A. The rectifiers target rail-to-rail and polarity protection applications with their miniaturized package and high IF(AV) capability. ($0.03 ea/10,000 — available now.)
