L-band VCO offers low phase noise

Suited for satellite communication and fixed wireless applications, the ZRO1860A1LF VCO operates at 1,860 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of –118 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 5 MHz/V.

The device offers a typical output power of 3 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 25 mA (typical) over the temperature range of –40° to 85°C. This VCO features typical second-harmonic suppression of –25 dBc and comes in a standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in. ($29.95 ea/5 — available now.)
