The HMC874LC3C, HMC875LC3C, and the HMC876LC3C SiGe monolithic clocked comparators deliver 20-Gbit/s speed at less than 150 mW of power dissipation. This family of comparators is ideal for ATE and medical-imaging applications where high speed, high performance, and low power are critical requirements.
Common-mode input voltage range is specified at ±2 V, and typical overdrive and slew rate dispersion are less than 10 ps. Minimum pulse width is typically 60 ps, and random jitter is specified at only 0.2 ps rms. Housed in ceramic RoHS-compliant 3 x 3-mm SMT packages, the parts are specified for operation from –40° to 85°C and provide a clock to data output delay of 120 ps. ($45.38 ea/10 — available now.)
