Elcom’s new website

Coinciding with the first delivery of its newest SIR-4001 receiver (0.5 to 18 GHz), part of the FlxGen family of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) receivers and downconverters, Elcom Technologies (www.elcom-tech.com), recently announced the launch of its newly designed, updated website. AWR’s design win

AWR’s (www.awrcorp.com) Microwave Office high-frequency design software is allowing Creowave (www.creowave.com) to more rapidly and accurately design the precision duplexers, and bandpass, bandstop, and highpass filters used in its telecommunications test systems. According to Jyrkl Koski, Creowave managing director. “With Microwave Office it is possible to just start working without investing precious time in several weeks of training. For Creowave it is extremely important to succeed on the first round because our filters have to be on the market fast. We believe that is not possible with any other tools besides those from AWR.” The technologies within Microwave Office software enabled Creowave to successfully design custom filters to exacting specifications in a single design cycle.
