The XPedite7172 OpenVPX standards based single-board computer features an Intel Core2 Duo processor, six SATA ports, and two gigabit Ethernet ports. The ruggedized board has up to 4 Gbytes of DDR2-400 ECC SDRAM, up to 2 Mbytes of firmware hub flash, up to 4 Gbytes of NAND flash, two USB 2.0 high-speed ports, and two serial ports.
Support packages are available for Linux, VxWorks, QNX Neutrino, Integrity, and Windows operating systems. The card provides numerous I/O ports through the P2 backplane connector, an XMC expansion slot for easy product customization, and an optional I/O module for front-panel access to serial, Ethernet, and USB ports during development.
