Precision op amps offer high performance

Capable of reducing signal-conditioning error, the single ISL28117 and dual ISL28217 precision operational amplifiers features an input offset voltage of ±50 µV max, an input bias current of ±1 nA max, and a voltage noise of 250 nVp-p. Additional features include a current consumption of 440 µA, a wide supply range of ±2.25 to ±20 V, and an offset TC of 0.6 µV/°C, max.

Full-trench isolation process technology prevents latch-up, while high ESD ratings of 4.5-kV HBM and 500-V MM are designed to prevent in-field failures.
