CCD driver runs at high clock speed, low skew

Enabling faster readout of image sensors in digital still and video cameras, the ISL55112 CCD driver comprises two horizontal drivers with high-current output drive and two ancillary signal drivers with lower-current output drive. The device can drive high-capacitance loads at pixel clock rates exceeding 30 MHz with low propagation delays and skew between channels of better than ±500 ps.

Additional features include up to 8-V signal swing, unipolar and bipolar supply capability, adjustable output impedance for EMI control, and 3-V logic interface.Housing is in a 24-lead TQFN package and temperature range is from 40 to 85C. (From $1.59 ea/1,000 available now.)
