Robust rockers offer short-circuit protection

The AR3 and AR5 Hall-effect analog rocker switches feature a rocker life of more than 2 million actuations, short-circuit protection, and integrated temperature compensation. Both switches employ one sensor as standard and an optional second sensor. Both provide an operating force from 4 to 6 N, with a maximum vertical load of 30 N. Sealed to IP65 specifications, the AR3 features a maximum output current of 1 mA and a maximum rocker deflection angle of ±30°.

The AR5 features an optional detent/over travel life of more than 200K cycles, and an optional latching life of more than 100K cycles. Maximum output current is 1 mA, maximum rocker deflection angle is ±40°, and the switch is sealed to IP65 specifications. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
