16/8-bit flash MCUs feature low power

The R8C/M11A and R8C/M12A low-power 8/16-bit flash MCUs come in 14- or 20-pin TSSOP packages and support 1.8-V flash programming. The chip’s current consumption during operation is only 150 µA/MHz and standby current is less than 1 µA.
