The T series front-end power supplies are hot-swappable, power factor corrected units that feature a 90 to 264-Vac or 36 to 72-Vdc input range and have a 12- or 48-Vdc (1,200- or 1,500-W) output and a 5-V standby output. They suit data storage, data communication, and distributed-power architecture.
The front-end supplies provide a hot-plug and active-current-sharing scheme to enable continuous operation and redundancy to the dc-output bus. Additionally, the I2 C management bus enables access to the power supply’s record, temperature, fan status, output voltage, and current. The supplies measure 11.23 x 1.6 x 5.6 in., allowing three units to fit in a 1U 19-in. shelf rack. ($350 ea/1,000 — available now.)
