The SFS1720A-LF fixed-frequency synthesizer operates at 1,720 MHz and features a typical phase noise of –96 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and typical sideband spurs of –70 dBc. It is designed to deliver a typical output power of 6 dBm with a VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 35 mA typ and a phase-locked-loop voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 9 mA typ over –40° to 85°C.
