The Magellan embedded-ready processor subsystem combines the benefits of computer-on-modules (COMs) with those of stackable single-board computers. The modules CPU core has a COM Express CPU module with a heatspreader mounted on its bottom side.
The design integrates dual GbE LAN ports, a 7-30 V DC/DC power supply, four USB 2.0 and four RS-232/485 ports, stackable PCI-104 or SUMIT expansion, a SATA port, and a FeaturePak I/O module socket, within the 95 x 125 mm COM Express footprint.
