The Model 526 V/I dc source/calibrator delivers voltages from ±100 nV to ±110 V that are accurate to within 20 ppm/year, and currents from ±100 nA to ±110 mA accurate to within 50 ppm/year. Resolving 1 ppm and stable to 5 ppm, the calibrator uses a remote programming protocol that is fully compatible with earlier Krohn-Hite 522 and Analogic 8200 calibrators, and so can directly replace them in system and production applications.
The 526, which has six front-panel decade switches with full carry/borrow for manual output entry, stores up to 31 settings in NV memory. The unit’s output sense can maintain true four-wire, low-impedance O-V output. ($3,750 — available 2nd qtr.)
