SMT sockets, headers feature low profiles

The surface-mount grid horizontal Z-Bend sockets and headers feature low profiles and suit placement near the board edge. The Series 310 0.100-in. sockets are rated to 3 A per pin position and use MM #1023 receptacles, accepting 0.015 to 0.025-in. pin diameters. The Series 801 0.100-in. sockets are rated to 4.5 A per pin position and use MM #1303 receptacles, accepting 0.025 to 0.037-in. pin diameters and 0.025-in. square leads. The Series 850 0.050-in. headers are available with 0.016-in. diameter solder tails, pluggable pins and use MM #4006-1 receptacles.

The Series 851 horizontal sockets are rated at 3 A per pin position and use MM #4890-1 receptacles that accept pin diameters from 0.015 to 0.020 in. Standard configurations for all products are available from 2 to 20 positions depending on configuration, with a 0.005-in. coplanarity rating. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
