Application processor takes just 1 W at 1 GHz
The ARMADA 310 application processor runs at up to 1 GHz while consuming less than 1 W and features a 16-bit DDR2/3 interface. The IC also has two PCIe interfaces, two Gigabit Ethernet MACs, a USB 2.0 port with PHY that can serve as a peripheral or host, and a 16-bit LCD controller.
The chips CPU is ARMv5TE compliant and has two 16-Kbyte four-way set-associative L1 caches and a 256-Kbyte unified four-way set-associative L2 cache. It also features two TDM (SLIC) channels, a network security engine, SDIO/MMC, NAND flash, SPI, two TWSI, and two UART interfaces, an RTC, a thermal sensor, and a DMA/XOR engine with four channels.
