Fort Worth, Texas – Allied Electronics was recognized with several distribution awards from suppliers at the recent Electronic Distribution Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Allied received the following recognitions:

• Distributor of the Year from Abbatron for top point of purchase growth and high point of sales growth.

• Co-distributor of the Year from Crydom for top distributor purchases and sales in 2009.

• Catalog Distributor of the Year from Dialight for outstanding sales performance in 2009.

• Silver Level Distributor Award from Keystone for exceeding a $500,000 purchasing level in 2009.

• President’s Elite Award from Ohmite for extraordinary sales growth, selling coordination, MRO sales leadership and teamwork.

• Global Distributor of the Year Award from Phoenix Contact for outstanding performance in the areas of sales growth and partnership.

• Outstanding Vision and Commitment to Excellence from Qualtek.

• Outstanding Service to Chris Stark from VCC for supporting the product line and playing a major part in its 200% growth with Allied last year.
