25-W dc/dc converters suit railway apps

Part of the Powertron family of dc/dc converter modules, the MBRH series features 25-W output in the same physical envelope and mechanical platform as existing 15-W models. The encapsulated units are available in single- and dual-output configurations with outputs available from 5 to 48 V.

All models meet RIA, EN50155, and EN50121.3.2 railway industry standards and require no additional external components for EMI filtering and 10-ms holdup time. A variety of mounting options, including PCB and DIN rail, are available. The operating temperature ranges from –25° to 65°C with no derating. ($106 ea/100 — available now.)
