Designed for RF applications in military, aerospace, and defense, the 2.54 x 2.54-mm MLRF 1010 RF inductor series is QPL approved to MIL-PRF-83446/04. The surface-mount devices offer inductance values from 0.01 to 27 µH, minimum Q from 22 to 60, minimum SRF MHz from 22 to 2,700, maximum DCR Ω from 0.06 to 6.9 and dc current rating from 120 to 1,270 mA.

Available in tape-and-reel packaging, the components contain ferrite cores, have an operating temperature range of –55° to 130°C, and are also offered in custom configurations. ($3.25 ea/1,000 — stock to 5 weeks ARO.)
