MOSFETs use copper-clip technology

The IRFH5xxxTRPBF HEXFET power MOSFETs are midvoltage devices available in a 5 x 6-mm PQFN package with a copper clip and solder die. They suit switching applications including dc/dc converters for network and telecom equipment, ac/dc switch mode power supplies, and motor drive switches. Available in voltages from 40 to 250 V, the devices provide RDS(on) from 2.6 to 59 mΩ and gate charges from 23 to 73 nC.

The MOSFETs have a 0.9-mm profile and an industry=standard pinout. All of the devices feature thermal resistance
