Featuring receiver sensitivity twice as good as required by the specification, the TUSB1310 SuperSpeed USB (USB 3.0) transceiver IC provides 5-Gbit/s data rates. The transceiver operates from a single crystal or external reference clock with selectable frequencies from 20, 25, 30, and 40 MHz and requires few external components.

The device has a USB 2.0 High-Speed PHY for compatibility, receiver sensitivity of less than 50 mV differential peak-to-peak, and supports 3+ M USB 3.0 cable length.
