128-Gbyte NAND flash fits onto one chip

The THGBM2T0DBFBAIF 128-Gbyte embedded NAND flash memory module comes in a 17 x 22 x 1.4-mm package. The device integrates sixteen 64-Gbit NAND chips and a dedicated controller, fabricated with a cutting-edge 32-nm process.

The FBGA237-packaged IC has 21-Mbyte/s read and 46-Mbyte/s write speeds and operates from –25° to 85°C. (Price not available — samples September, production 4th qtr.)
