Module provides 32 Gbytes of DDR3 RAM

The 32GB LRDIMM load-reduced, dual-inline memory module targets high-performance server applications. Using the modules, server capacity can rise to 384 Gbytes per CPU.

The module uses 72 4 Gbit DDR3 chips and an additional memory buffer to reduce the load on the subsystem by as much as 75%. It can process data at 1,333 Mbit/s. (Price not yet determined — available 2nd half of 2010.)
