1U rackmount enclosure is flexibly configurable
Designed to let users meet unique application requirements, the SL1UR 1U rackmount enclosure system lets them choose among a broad variety of features. Type of I/O, level of cooling, PCI expansion, extra storage, surface mounting, and power source are all configurable.
The enclosure comes as a bare unit with prefabricated mounting posts and holes for various component layouts, dual PCI expansion slots, front access to a CompactFlash slot, universal I/O shield for use with any Mini-ITX mainboard, and cooling. It also can be mounted in a rack facing front or back using reversible ears, or to other surfaces using the optional side-mounting brackets. It supports either an Intel Atom or Core 2 Duo processing platform and numerous Mini-ITX mainboards. Multiple networking ports, legacy I/O, HD video, and audio output, as well as slimmed-down, economical feature sets, are available. Units come standard with RAM and storage, and can be fitted with an automotive power supply and solid-state drive for ruggedized applications.
