The T45 temperature-controlled crystal oscillator has a wide temperature range capability of –55° to 125°C for high-reliability performance under extreme environmental conditions. Packaged with a ruggedized, four-point-mount quartz crystal, the part offers customizable frequencies between 20 and 120 MHz with tight stabilities as low as ±5 ppm over –55° to 125°C.
Additional features include HCMOS or sine-wave output, a frequency set tolerance of ±1 ppm at 25°C, and a supply current of 40 mA max. The TCXO is specifically designed for such applications as advanced equipment and systems for geothermal energy and oil well drilling/exploration, aerospace, and defense.
