ESD solutions for USB 2.0 ports

Suited for USB 2.0 ports, the ESD (discrete) and ESA (array) series suppression devices offer capacitance down to 0.01 pF and preserve signal integrity at data rates to 5 GHz. The small, lightweight single ESD 0603 or ESD 0402 devices suit single USB ports. For multiple USB ports, the four-array ESA 0603 has four ESD type devices on a single chip array package.
