The Z Series Bulk Metal Z-Foil resistors for military/aerospace applications now include the Z204, Z205, and Z206 devices. Qualified to EEE-INST002 and MIL-PRF 55182 specifications, the resistors offer TCR of ±0.05 ppm/°C from 0° to 60°C and ±0.2 ppm/°C from –55° to 125°C, 25°C ref, with tight tolerances of ±0.005% (50 ppm), and a load life stability of ±0.005% at 70°C for 2,000 hours or to ±0.015% at 70°C for 10,000 hours.
The devices offer standard resistance values from 10 Ω to 600 kΩ, with rated power to 1 W at 125°C, a rise time of 1ns with effectively no ringing, current noise of ≤–40dB, thermal EMF of 0.05 µV/°C typical, and a voltage coefficient of ≤0.1 ppm/V.
