IC test socket operates up to 10 GHz

Constructed with high performance, low inductance gold plated embedded wire on elastomer, the SG-BGA-7188 socket designed for 0.5-mm pitch 25-pin WCSP ICs in a 2.75 x 2.75-mm package.

The no-solder socket operates at temperatures between –35° to 100°C, bandwidths up to 10 GHz, with ≤1 dB of insertion loss and typical contact resistance of 20 mΩ per I/O. A replaceable IC guide is included for testing 2.25 x 2.25-mm, 2.25 x 2.75-mm, and 1.75 x 2.25-mm packages. ($221.34 ea/100 — available now.)
