Regulator operates from –40° to 150°C

The LTM8008 six-output dc/dc µModule regulator features guaranteed operation from –40° to 150°C. It includes a SEPIC converter and six linear regulators, housed in a 15 x 15 x 2.82-mm LGA package. The regulator offers dense PoL voltage regulation for markets such as automotive, defense, and avionics.

The µModule regulates a 3 to 72-V input supply to 5.6-V output with an onboard SEPIC converter with buck and boost conversion capability. The 5.6-V output powers six linear regulators to generate five 5-V rails and one 3.3-V rail with output currents ranging from 150 to 500 mA. ($19 ea/1,000 — available now.)
