The two-part EP21TDCHT-LO epoxy meets NASA low outgassing specifications and is specially formulated to withstand cryogenic temperatures, high vibration, and mechanical shock. The epoxy can bond dissimilar substrates, especially when they have differing coefficients of expansion.
Service temperature range is 4 K to 350°F, shear strength exceeds 2,500 psi, peel strength is greater than 20 pli, and Shore D hardness is greater than 60. Both parts are available in half pint, pint, quart, one-gallon, and five-gallon containers. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
