20-W dc/dc converters feature 2:1, 4:1 inputs

The JFC20 and JFCW20 series of 20-W dc/dc converters have an industry standard pin-out, weigh 0.53 oz, and are housed in a 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.39-in package. The JFC20 series operates over 2:1 input voltage ranges from 9 to 18, 18 to 36, or 36 to 75 Vdc. The JFCW20 series operates over 4:1 input voltage ranges from 9 to 36 or 18 to 75 Vdc. The two series have 3.3, 5, 12, and 15 Vdc single output models and ±12 and ±15 Vdc dual output models available.

The dc/dc power converters feature 91% efficiency, 1,600 Vdc I/O isolation, remote on/off control, output voltage adjustability, and six-sided shielding. They have no minimum load requirements and operate over an ambient temperature range of -40° to +101°C (with derating). The converters are protected against over voltage, over load, and short circuit conditions. They suit industry control systems, telecom/datacom, wireless networks, measurement equipment, and semiconductor equipment.
