IP suites target LatticeECP3 FPGAs

Five IP suites are available to accelerate the design of systems using the LatticeECP3 FPGA family. The five suites are PCI Express, Ethernet Networking, DSP, Video & Display, and Value.

The Value Suite covers DDR3/2, FFT, FIR Filter, and triple-speed Ethernet functions, while the DSP Suite has block convolutional and Viterbi encoders, CIC filter, DA-FIR filter, FFT, FIR, interleaver/de-interleaver, and other functions. The Video IP has 2D edge detector, color space converter, 2D scaler, median filter, tri-rate SDI PHY, and DDR controllers. All the IP can be fully evaluated prior to the purchase, as can the Diamond FPGA design environment. (Annual subscription fee, $995 each; temporarily reduced to $99 for 1st year — available now.)
