Designed to augment the WiLink 6.0 solution and recently launched WiLink 7.0 solution from Texas Instruments, the single-band 2.4-GHz TQM679002A and dual-band 2.4-GHz/5-GHz TQP6M9002 WLAN PAs are fully integrated MMICs incorporating power amplifier and detectors, pre-PA filters, T/R switches, and a WLAN Rx balun. The 2.4-GHz-band SP3T switch seamlessly selects between WLAN TX, RX, and Bluetooth paths.
Both solutions offer integration with both the WiLink 6.0 and WiLink 7.0 mobile platforms. The single-band TQM679002A comes in a 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.45-mm package and supports 802.11b/g/n + BT. The dual-band TQP6M9002 supports 802.11a/b/g/n + BT and is available in a 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.45-mm package. (Contact company for pricing — available now.)
