The SKY77702/3 power amplifier modules (PAM) are fully matched, 10-pad surface-mount modules developed for wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) applications. They pack full 1,850–1,910- and 1,710–1,785-MHz bandwidth coverage, respectively, into a single package.
The PAMs meet the stringent spectral linearity requirements of high-speed downlink packet access (HSDPA), high-speed uplink packet access (HSUPA), and LTE data transmission with high-power added efficiency. A directional coupler is integrated into the module thus eliminating the need for any external coupler. Both feature a low-voltage positive bias supply from 3.2 to 4.2 V and a high efficiency of 40% at 28.6 dBm (SKY77702) and 28.4 dBm (SKY77703). (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
