Tiny 12-/10-/8-bit DACs integrate 10-ppm/C reference
The LTC2632/2633 dual 12-/10-/8-bit rail-to-rail, voltage output DACs, with serial SPI and I2 C interfaces, respectively, integrate a precision 10-ppm/°C reference in an 8-lead TSOT-23 package. The DACs offer accurate dc performance with a 12-bit INL of ±1 LSB max, ±5-mV max offset error and ±0.8% FSR max gain error.
Notable ac performance includes fast 4.4-µs settling time and low 2.8-nV•s glitch impulse. The parts are available in a number of ordering options, allowing designers to select one of the three resolution options, and between a 2.5-V (-L) or 4.096-V (-H) full-scale output range, making them a good fit for 3- or 5-V systems. The devices also offer zero or mid-scale power-on reset options, with the LTC2633-L additionally offering a high impedance (Hi-Z) output option, suited for power-supply-margining applications.
