The FSA642 dual data pair 2:1 high-speed MIPI switch allows dual display/dual camera use from one processor MIPI port. The IC has passed MIPI UNH-IOL interoperability testing for the data rate of 700 Mbits/s.
The device is made for switching between two MIPI devices, such as cameras or LCD displays and an application processor. The chip comes in a 24-lead UMLP 2.5 x 3.4-mm package. It features on-capacitance of 7.0 pF, on resistance 7.0 Ω, and an 8-kV HBM ESD rating. ($1 ea/1,000 — samples available now.)
