The CVCO55CC-3830-3830 VCO operates at 3,830 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. It features a typical phase noise of 108 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset. Output power is typically 7 dBm and input voltage is 8 V, with a max. current consumption of 35 mA.
