The SOM-7562 B1 COM-Ultra Module is based on the 1.66-GHz Atom N455 processor and features DDR-3 memory, a –40° to 85°C operation option, and a low-power 5-V-only-version option. The 84 x 55-mm card has 1 Gbyte of RAM and 1 or 2 Gbytes of flash.
The card has the Intel Gen 3.5 GFX core DX9 with MPEG-2 hardware decode and supports 1,400 x 10,50 graphics at 60 Hz. It also carries a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port, PCIe x1, and three SATA-2 and eight USB ports. The card takes 12 V at 0.87 A and 5 V at 1.92 A. (From $320 — available now.)
