Mini chip resistors suit medical, aerospace use

The highly reliable Z termination line of miniature chip resistors are designed for a variety of applications, including medical and aerospace electronics, defense systems and satellite systems. The resistors are offered in thin-single-surface and wraparound designs and range in size from 0402 (0.040 x 0.020-in.) to 2512 (0.025 x 0.025-in.). Reliability is ensured by three levels of testing: standard product, MIL-PRF 55342 established reliability (R or S level), or space level to Mil-PRF-55342 “T” product level testing.

The resistors feature tolerances from 0.1%, power ratings from 50 mW to 1,500 mW, temperature coefficients of resistance as low as 25 ppm, voltage ratings from 30 to 200 V and operating temperatures from –55° to 125°C.
