The MCUs core uses a pipelined instruction architecture and executes 70% of instructions in one or two clocks with up to 48-MIPS operation. The ICs have 32 or 64 Kbytes of flash, up to 4,352 bytes of RAM, a temperature sensor, and an external memory interface. The devices come in 5 x 5-mm QFN packages and uses 2.7 to 5.25-V power via an on-chip regulator. (From $2.12 ea/10,000 — available now.)
