The FDMF6705, FDMF6705V, FDMF6706C, and FDMC6707B are members of the Generation II XS DrMOS integrated driver and MOSFET devices that offer up to 94% peak efficiency and help target specific design needs for various applications. The devices are offered in a 6 x 6-mm PQFN package, feature higher system efficiency with over 91.5% heavy load efficiency at 12 VIN , 1 VOUT , and 25 A, and 94% peak efficiency.
The driver and MOSFET devices suit applications such as blade servers, gaming motherboards, notebooks, graphic cards, and high-current dc/dc POL converters. They can be operated at a 2 MHz switching frequency and have up to 50 A current handling capability. Devices in the portfolio offer a 5- and 3.3-V tristate level to match the Intel 4.0 DrMOS specification and are compatible with a variety of PWM controllers on the market.
