Measuring just 5 x 3.2 x 1.5 mm, the VT-803 TCXO offers a phase noise floor of –159 dBc at 1-MHz offset and a temperature stability of ±100 ppb from –10° to 70°C and ±200 ppb from –40° to 85°C. Available output frequencies include 10.0 to 52.0 MHz and aging is less than 0.5 ppm/year.
