Conditioner has class-exclusive signal clipping
The 857-402 Jumpflex universal signal conditioner (USC) supports 456 signal combinations with an exclusive input voltage range and a self-resetting fuse. The 6-mm USC offers class-exclusive signal clipping and freely scalable voltage input range — ±60 mV to a segment-leading ±200 V. Current input range is ±0.3 to ±100 mA. The unit's 456 signal combinations maintain precise, constant values via factory-calibrated, laser-capable resistors. The device features a vibration-proof momentary rocker-style switch, and has no end/stop point for signal settings/adjustments.
An auto-reset fuse protects current input against overloads without impacting input value. The 857-402 incorporates flexible color-coded push-in jumpers, jumper slots at every connection point, a single marking tag holder, ribbon cable interface adapter, three-way 2.5-kV isolation, and Cage Clamps termination technology.
