The HiperLCS is a family of high-voltage LLC power supply ICs that incorporate the controller, high- and low-side drivers, and both MOSFETs into a single package. It features a maximum efficiency of 97%.
The LLC converters suit PCs, server power supplies, TVs, and LED streetlights by providing all the required functions in a single IC, and eliminating up to 30 discrete and passive components. The 1−MHz switching frequency allows designers to use low-cost SMD ceramic capacitors in the output loop instead of electrolytic capacitors. They are available in eSIP-16C packages.
