SIPAD Systems will be in the North Carolina area 2 times in November
The first event is PCB Carolina on November 8th at the Raleigh Convention Center. This show offers education, networking, and a vendor exhibition presenting components, products, software, and services for the Electronics Industry. This event evolves each year to offer more and embrace the latest trends in the electronics industry. This year's focus is “Unlocking the World of Solid State Lighting (SSL).” Join the growing LED lighting development community and learn about its multi-faceted design requirements. Our Keynote speaker will be from CREE, providing an overview of Lighting Class LED technology, the advancements made in solid-state lighting, and the system design challenges yet to be solved. Come learn about design strategies, SSL component product offerings, manufacturing techniques, and hear about the direction of the LED lighting industry.
The second event will be the following week when Matt Kehoe will be speaking along with Dr. Dan Baldwin at the SMTA Carolina Chapter meeting, November 17th, at Juki Automation Systems, 507 Airport Blvd., Morrisville, NC 27560. Matt will give a presentation specifically about SIPAD solid solder deposit technology and BTC’s, Bottom Termination Components as described in the IPC 7093 specification released at APEX in 2011.
