Available in volume starting early December, the F104-1386E-X00 Crystal Touch: TRUE multi-touch 10.4-in panel allows up to sixteen simultaneous touch points within a full 229 by 173-mm outline, The size and touch capability (4,096 x 4,096-point resolution) support collaborative work and more functionality.

Suited for medical devices, tablets, industrial controls, and automotive applications, the projected-capacitive touch panel employs ultra-rugged glass construction and a tighter enclosure to keep out dirt, debris, and other contaminants; the panel can withstand harsh cleaning agents and extreme temperatures (−30°C to 70°C) while providing increased optical clarity (90% minimum transmissivity). Units are available with USB (-000) or I2 C (-100) interfaces, and 4.3-, 7.0-, 10.1- and 15.6-in. panels are also available. (From $97.74 ea /prod qty — samples available now, prod qty December).
